Baghdad. I'm also a Marine Vet. Are your patches for real?

2008 " Pat" with American Airlines who is proudly wearing 2 lapel pins. The 1st
being the US Marine pin in honor of her Brother who was KIA in Viet Nam and
the 2nd a civilian combat vet pin. She is the nice stewardess who is a ringer for
