| On August 6, 2010 Clay County Clerk Pat Hix issued Civilian Combat Frankie Lea Sr the 1st ever Iraqi Freedom Veterans License Tag to a Civilian Veteran in Clay Co ( Celina, Tn) The new law was changed July 5, 2010 to allow Civilian Veterans who served in Iraq to be issued Veteran Tags which used to only be for Military Veterans. Frankie was also the first ever Civilian ( Combat ) Veteran to be issued Veteran tags in Tennessee and the US on July 23, 2010 in Jackson Co, Gainsboro, TN. |
